VeluxVoy Terms & Conditions

At VeluxVoy, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to balance flexibility for our travelers with the commitments we make to our partners. Please review the terms below carefully.

Booking and Payment

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of confirmation. This secures your booking.

Final Payment: Full payment is due 60 days before the tour’s start date.

Last-Minute Bookings: For tours confirmed within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.

Payments can be made via wire transfer or other approved methods.

Cancellation Charges

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to your VeluxVoy representative. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • 30 or more days before departure: 30% of the total cost.
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the cost.
  • 7-14 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost.
  • 6 or fewer days before departure or No Show: 100% of the tour cost.

Note: Tailor-made tours may have alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated during the booking process.

Refund Policy

Refunds will exclude non-refundable items such as domestic flights, prepaid accommodations, or services requiring advance deposits.

In place of a refund, we may issue a credit voucher for a rescheduled trip, subject to applicable deductions.

Amendments to Itineraries

Once the tour has started, no refunds will be provided for unused portions or services.

If you choose to modify or depart the tour early, any additional expenses incurred will be your responsibility.

VeluxVoy reserves the right to make adjustments to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, civil unrest, or other external factors.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip. Insurance should cover:

  • Trip cancellations or interruptions.
  • Delays or missed connections.
  • Lost or damaged luggage.
  • Medical emergencies or evacuation needs.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of war, natural disasters, civil unrest, airport closures, or other uncontrollable situations, VeluxVoy will make every effort to adjust your itinerary or offer suitable alternatives. However, refunds in such cases will be subject to reasonable deductions for services already rendered or costs incurred.

Availability and Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

If you wish to hold rooms or services while finalizing details, please notify us as early as possible.
